Philippines Today

Allowing ONE PERSON — who is convicted and proven to be incompetent is one of the reasons why i really don’t trust the justice system in the Philippines.

When Supreme Court makes decisions do not base for political reasons but only for the good our nation, this maybe commendable.

Having a good governance is having a good trial decision. However in this trial, everything is like a joke, series of sitcom, or comedy where people were hoping and waiting for a good results but most of the time people wait for nothing. Even how many times people in the power try hard to conceal, it is really visible that they cover themselves from corruption.

If the government wants to remove an impeachable officer for lack of "integrity" for failure to file SALN a ten years ago, then why it can’t remove another impeachable public officer for consistently undermining our victory in Philippines over modern conquerors for lack of "competence, integrity, probity, and freedom”?

Aside from focusing on the economic growth and military advancement in the Philippines, i hope the people in the government especially the commander-in-chief of the country, will start fixing our judicial system. May all the victims be given their proper justice and  our forensic be more strengthened.

These are only a few problems and scenarios that the people in power should focus on. However, this is not only about the corrupt judicial system in the Philippines, not just the judiciary but the entire government including drugs, murder, rape, framing, gambling, stealing, and dirty politics.
