Our Father in heaven provides many tools/"healthy food" for us to grow in holiness, to glow in holiness and to go in holiness
Each waking day is a new opportunity to thank God for our life.

As we grow in holiness, we begin to Glow in holiness.

[ ] We reflect Christ in all our conduct.
[ ] Other people begin to see that our life is in God, though everything that we say and do.

We have to go as we are being sent to proclaim His Word to others.
