An Open Letter to My Online Parents and Students
This day comes the end of our academic year, ‘20-‘21 through online schooling. I learned a lot because of this experience and I am forever grateful for God gave me people who helped me overcome a lot of challenges.
Allow me to give an open letter to my students and their parents. 🥰
To my dear students,
Online schooling was not easy for you, my little ones, yet you’ve made it here to the finish line. Fly high my babies! Please continue to make your parents proud and honor your God always for all your success in life. ✨
To my loving parents,
This pandemic has caused us a lot of traumas.
Starting from adjusting to a new lifestyle, increased level of anxiety, isolating yourself from everyone, trying your best to survive each day, different family treatment, and all of the possible ways this quarantine has affected us. Yet you’ve become brave for your children and you stood up for them. I salute you for that, you don’t know how fortunate your children are to have parents/guardians such like you. Sending them to school though it’s pandemic is part of a big decision and I just want to say thank you for entrusting your kids to me. Thank you for the partnership. Now, after all the hardships, I am letting them go and grow one step a time. This is just a reminder that whatever little achievements your kids are having, celebrate them, make them validated too, their confidence starts with you. You are not alone trying, you are a family fighting. Keep the faith and leap the faith.
Sending my hugs and appreciations to you, all.
Love,
Teacher Mae ❤️
