THEOLOGY OF THE BODY -Study of God reveals Himself through the human body -Body reveals God As human being, we are embodied persons *In God's creation, only humans have soul. Accg. to St.John Paul II, our body is a sacrament. What we do in our body, affects who we are. What we do in others, affects who we are. We are created in the image and likeness of God. Sacrament is a visible sign of an invisible reality If we are created in the likeness of God, who is God? 1. God is trinity: The Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit. 2. God is love: LOVE is willing the good of the other. For love to exist, there should be a LOVER ➡️ LOVE ➡️ BELOVED ; FATHER➡️ HOLY SPIRIT ➡️SON  *Love is not just one-sided. Love should be exchanged. Love doesn't exist as solitude it's always a relationship. *we are destined na mahalin at magmahal. We are created for love and to be loved. We image God by being male and female. We see the eternal exchange of love through

Jesus A name like no other name. No other name by which we've been saved. Who saved the world. We have more than an ironman. We have God.

It is with great pride and honor to share with you, one of the greatest achievements of my beloved friend, Grace.  Before I spill the tea, let me share with you the rough roads and mountains she’s been through before reaching the peak of her journey. My friend Grace is a very simple girl who really loves logic and numbers. She once dreamed of becoming a professional accountant someday however, the path took turn from her that summoned her into the most difficult part of her rove. Aside from loving Math, she also loves to serve her community through singing and playing instrument in the church. Pain is real and to live is to be in pain. (Yes totoo ito. Lahat tayo may kanya kanyang pain, bawat pain natin dun tayo natututo maging matapang) Jesus Christ's glory is in living a life of pain and overcoming it. To experience joy is to acknowledge pain and overcome it. We are all called to discover and overcome the pain we have in our life. Remember this cycle: discover our pain = acknowledge our joy = learn to deal with it and be victorious Accordingto the movie, The Fault in the Stars, "Without pain, we couldn't know joy" Our mission as Christian is not just to be victorious over our personal pain, we shouls also share our pain to help others overcome their pain victoriously. Just wanna share our experience last night regarding this hospital. Let me hide its identity with its initials "DH" Yung mom ng choir leader namin, dinala sa hospital na ito for admission dahil sa struggle sa paghinga. However, matapos ng ilang oras at wala pang ibang tests, nagdecide agad ang hospital na lagyan ng tubo si nanay. Ang dilemma, 10k per hour ang bayad sa apparatus ni nanay; and need ma-admit sa ICU, kaso nanghihingi ng downpayment ang hospital ng 70k before the admission, and 80k per day ang bill pag na admit na sa ICU. So nagdecide ang family na ilipat nalang si nanay sa Heart Center, kaso hindi mailabas ng agaran si nanay kasi di pumapayag ung hospital na ilabas si nanay kung di pa complete ang bills payment. Imagine, wala pang kalahating araw si nanay sa DH, umabot na ang bill ng 36k. So nakapag bayad na. Ngayon ang problema, walang ambulance na maibigay ang DH for the transfer, so tumawag ang family sa Brgy para sa tulong, praise God may dumating naman, ho

Suffering is the reason why we have eternal life in heaven. Alam ng Panginoon ang ibig sabihin ng rejection, loneliness, and physical pain. He has been there first, before we experienced everything. Jesus is You and Me. The best place you can experience God, is the Holy place. Jesus said, "Im giving My whole life to you" and our response is, "I am here to serve You" Ang Diyos ang pinakabest na pwedeng masandalan sa oras na tayo ay nahihirapan.

At the end of the day, tatlo lang ang pinakamahalaga sa mundo, Love, Faith and Hope "Patawarin Mo sila Panginoon, sapagkat hindi nila alam ang kanilang ginagawa" -Hesus Ano ang Pag ibig? Yet because of the goodness of the Lord, the more na lumalapit ako, the more na nililinis ako ng Diyos. Let me share to you the story of St. JOSEPHINE BAKHITA (credits to Catholics New Agency) St. Josephine Bakhita, a Canossian Sister who was kidnapped and sold into slavery in Sudan,  was born in 1869, in a small village in the Darfur region of Sudan. She was kidnapped while working in the fields with her family and subsequently sold into slavery. Her captors asked for her name but she was too terrified to remember so they named her “Bakhita,” which means “fortunate” in Arabic. Retrospectively, Bakhita was very fortunate, but the first years of her life do not necessarily attest to it. She was tortured by her various owners who branded her, beat and cut her. So ayun sumakay ako ng jeep, medyo siksikan na pero kaya pa ng isa, tumabi ako sa isang ale, pero bago ako makaupo bago sya umusog nag se-cellphone kasi antagal, then she rolled her eyes on me kasi pissed off siya. Nang makaupo ako, i saw her typing "Just thank God for a new day to us" Minsan ironic talaga ung mga sinasabi natin sa social media kesa sa tunay na buhay. Yun lang naman point ko, walk your talk. If I could only teach the people to be grateful, we could have an amazing world where negativity could not grow and foster and children will have a smile on their face.
